Listee Registration: In a few areas on our Web Site, we ask you to provide personal information that will enable us to verify whether you are entitled to access and use certain information, processes and services available from our Web Site, or to assist you with customer service, or to follow up with you after your visit, or to otherwise support your customer relationship. It is completely optional for you to participate. However, failure to participate may mean that you cannot access and use certain information, processes and services.
Registered Listing Members have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving most communications by simply notifying us via email. Or, to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our services. Listing Attorneys have the direct control over their listing and have the option to add, modify, correct or remove any information previously provided by them.
The Information We Collect
MainStreet does not automatically collect personally-identifiable information from visitors to our Web Site.
Our Web Site does track certain standard useage log information about visits to our Web site. For example, we compile statistics that show the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Web Site and the individual pages viewed. These aggregated statistics are used internally to improve our Web Site and for product development and marketing purposes generally. Those aggregated statistics may also be provided to advertisers and other third parties, however, these statistics contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be used to gather such information.

MainStreet Directory will never give out your registration information such as your password in a phone call. All communications will be with the registered email address of the listing agents.
Registered Listing members of our service will be asked for information necessary to support the operation of the Services, such as for membership, billing, account maintenance, and record-keeping purposes.
Also, Subscribers to a newsletter or those who desire to be added to our mailing lists for other products or services.
Listing Members: Credit card transactions are handled by a secure third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information.
How We Use Information
Although most parts of the Services do not require you to be a listing member, those individuals are required to provide us with (a) an ADMINISTRATOR e-mail address and a unique user name and password, as well as certain personally identifying and other information. Once you complete your registration, you will be given the opportunity to submit additional information necessary to create an online listing.
